Shipping Policies


Shipping to the Contiguous 50 US States & International 

  • First of all, the shipping and tax amounts are calculated during the purchase of a product or products once added to the cart of the BYTRE EYEWEAR online store. The shipping cost will be included in the total price prior to the payment section and will be valued in USD (United States Dollars).

  • The payment must be processed and accepted so that our team can issue the purchase order that the product is dispatched. Until the payment is verified, no purchase order will be issued.

  • National orders can take between 3-12 business days to be managed, managed and shipped by national and international shipping companies (DHL-UPS)

  • International orders can be accommodated and may require 3-15 business days or more of additional processing time before shipment, as we may need to consolidate the item at one location or our international courier service for shipment.

  • If you are visiting the US, we can ship any product to your hotel, residential address, or any USPS or UPS store for pickup.

  • USPS, UPS, DHL should be the primary courier to ship orders, as customers can track the orders directly.

Return Policies


Return processes and shipping in the US

  • To return your product for refund, the customer and customer alone will be responsible for paying external shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items, customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • ByTre Eyewear is not responsible for items returned and not received by us. If a customer returns the order, and was not received, a refund will not be fulfill, and shipping costs will be accounted by the customers.

  • In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased, we accept returns on any item that is unworn and has the package considerable intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in manufacturing or materials. If such is the case, please contact us via our 'contact us' page form to approve the return and refund. Proof of defects of the item should be shown, once a customer representative gets in contact with the customer. 

  • We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when the item/items were delivered to the customer. 

Refund Process

  • Any return item must be in its original condition, and all tags, instructions, and packaging should be considerable intact. Once your returns is received, and inspected by the professionals at ByTre Eyewear. The store will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund. 

  • If the customer is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

  • Please allow ByTre Eyewear a refund processing period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
